Vanuatu Port Vila Mission Christmas Ornament
This ornament is a great way to remember your missionary and their service during the holidays! The design on this ornament is inspired by the Flag of Vanuatu.
Made out of a lightweight and very durable transparent acrylic, these ornaments will not weigh your tree down and can definitely withstand being dropped by the little ones should they get too curious around the tree. The acrylic is cut into a 4 inch circle and then laser etched with the name of the mission and graphics inspired by the region served.
The design on this ornament is inspired by the Flag of Vanuatu. The emblem is a boar’s tusk — the symbol of customs and tradition but also prosperity. Its worn as a pendant on the islands – along with two leaves of the local namele tree. These leaves are supposed to be a token of peace, and their 39 leaflets represent the original 39 members of the Parliament of Vanuatu.
Get one for yourself or send a pair out to your missionary and their companion!
Mission Social Media Groups
These groups are a great way to connect with other families who have missionaries in the same area, reconnect with other missionaries you served with in the past or simply learn more about the mission. Depending on the membership activity in the group, these can be truly amazing resources!
